I started painting a while back on slab-built jugs, using the pot as a canvas.I recently rediscovered these half-finished works, and decided to finally finish them.
These pieces are all genuine paintings in oil paint, with gold leaf here and there as a detail to "bring them to life"  in the same way that a gilded frame does.
